“Where are my blue feathers?” ~ Emilia Clarke

Cabaret Versatile had the distinct honor of appearing on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Monday, April 18th, and an unplanned encounter with Game of Thrones actress Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) led to an epic photo opportunity!

Our chance encounter with Emilia could not have been a more perfect match. She is known as strong advocate for women’s causes, and her work on GOT has earned her much notoriety, including two Emmy nominations.

She told Metro UK that in the Thrones series, “There are women depicted as sexual tools, women who have zero rights, women who are queens but only to a man, and then there are women who are literally unstoppable and as powerful as you can possibly imagine.” She has gone viral with different causes, and has inspired the hashtag #FreetheP, bringing to light that men’s nudity is not equally portrayed on television in comparison with women’s.

Cabaret Versatile performs a show called “Femmes!” which is an ode to all kind of women. From the indomitable and impressive, to the child-like innocent, or crazy, unpredictable, “Femmes!” pays tribute to all women by illustrating their diverse characters and moods. Whatever her culture, philosophy, or personal history, every woman possesses a uniqueness that makes us love her.

Cabaret is not only burlesque and glitter. Cabaret Versatile, with its Parisian Sensations creative approach embodies a French universe of sexiness and elegance. They are determined to become a meaningful cabaret company, supporting women and French culture, elevating the mind, and making sense through entertainment.
