Cabaret Versatile was chosen to perform during the show and bring their Froufrou Folies with the traditional French Cancan during this episode. It aired yesterday evening and was already available on Youtube, when it reached +60,000 views only in a few hours. An exceptional achievement to see a French owned Cabaret company representing French culture, and performing in one of the most renowned shows in L.A, viewed in average by 1,27 million people.
The Demoiselles had a thrill performing the Palos Verdes Junior Women’s Club (also known as PV Juniors). Over the course of 56 years, the Palos Verdes Junior Women’s Club has turned a $50 start-up fund with an initial $25 donation for school clothes for a family’s children into approximately $3,000,000 in fundraising and donations, helping numerous families in crisis and funding many college scholarships. Cabaret Versatile performed during the Fundraiser Gala organized by the very nice and motivated Valerie from LA French Study Group who wanted to help the victims of Paris terrorist attacks. An art auction took place, while PEACE 4 PARIS T-shirts & Tote Bags were sold. Guests shared a true moment of "joie de vivre" listening to popular French songs with Paris Chanson. Then, the vibrant and amazing French Photograph Emmanuelle Choussy donated a few prints of her Photograph "Give me an angel" to be auctioned. Finally Cabaret girls performed a sample of their show ‘Femmes!’ All the funds were donated to French victims associations. Merci Valerie!

Drawing from his background in breakdance, hip-hop, acrobatics and yoga, Goode has created a signature fusion style of gravity. This formidable organization started in 2007, in New York, when Chris Wells decided to create a “sanctuary for artists, a regular gathering that would celebrate the creative spirit and those who keep it alive.” Since then, it has grown into a vibrant, expansive community of thousands of artists and people who love the arts. Cabaret Versatile had the honor of performing during an exceptionnal corporate event that took place in the beautiful Hyatt Regency, in Maui. The logistics and the four-day hotel stay was all perfectly organized with the best possible conditions. The dancers performed for a crowded venue of 3,000 people and shared the stage with the sizzling and always-charming Enrique Iglesias.
Cabaret Versatile’s new show "FEMMES!" premiered three months ago, and has been highly praised by Angelinos. Cabaret Versatile will perform during the closing night of Le French Festival, on July 14th, Bastille Day. This ten-day festival highlights the city’s cultural diversity by showcasing Los Angeles-based French-run businesses. The rising of such a great artist in the US couldn’t be more inspiring. Cabaret Versatile created a lipdub to promote Stromae’s last show. It was filmed in Downtown LA and based on his great, tolerance-inspired song “Tous les memes”. That’s all that was needed for some crazy choreography, garnering almost 3,000 views on social media in one week alone! Cabaret Versatile had the chance to perform during a one-of-a-kind wedding ceremony in Malibu. Located at an expansive mansion near the ocean, with a breath-taking views, the audience was charmed and the dancers were in Heaven. Students from Polytechnic School in Pasadena have discovered and experienced French Cancan during a French Language class. The session began with historic lessons about the rich culture of Cabaret, then students learned basic moves, coming together to perform a final choreography. Girls in Cancan dresses and boys with suspenders all had a great time and will never forget this experience!
Cabaret Versatile’s Choreographer and Dancer, Lola Ohlala, is proud to be one of French photographer Emmanuelle Choussy’s muse. The artist did a great Opening reception in September 2014 at the Pacific Design Center, West Hollywood, with her « ETRE & PARAITRE » exhibition. 300 people attended the evening and enjoyed Lola as a model on less than four fine art prints. Cabaret Versatile also performed during the event. Emmanuelle Choussy’s new exhibition can be seen at L’Alliance Francaise of Los Angeles until the end of February. Cabaret Versatile is honored to be part in Season 2 of Feathers and Toast! The lead, Tallulah Grace (Mhairi Morrison), has been busy building her audience and winning awards. She was part of Sunscreen Film Festival 2014, nominee in LA Web Fest 2015, won the best comic web series Actress award in Web Series Mag and has just been nominated for Best Actress in a Comedy in the Indie Series Awards.
